Lvlei Agricultural Development Co., Ltd of Taibai County is also known as Lvlei Agricultural Specialized Cooperatives with the business model of company, cooperatives and peasant household, mainly engaging in the seedling, planting, vegetable processing, storage, sales and export of vegetables in the high mountains of Taibai County, which is an integrative agricultural industrial leading enterprise. The company is located in Taibai County, which is in the Mount Taibai, the central national park of Qinling Mountains of Southeast Baoji of western Shaanxi, stretching across the drainage basins of Yangtze River and Yellow River. The northern area is connected with Guanzhong region and the southern area borders on Bashu. The distance from it to Xi’an is 190 kilometers with convenient traffic as well as good economic geograophical location.　　The highest altitude in Taibai County is 3,767 meters and the lowest is 740 meters with a vegetable base of an altitute of 1,550 meters. The climate belongs to the typical semi-humid continental monsoon with a long period of winter and a short period of summer, so the spring and autumn are nearly connected with each other. The annual average temperature is 7.7℃ and the average temperature of summer is 19 ℃ with an annual average sunshine duration of 2,133 hours and a frost-free season of 158 days. The sky is blue and the water is clean with fresh air. This is a place called natural cradle of pollution-free vegetables.　　The production base of pollution-free vegetables for the brand of “Haochuanhe” is regarded as an integrative industrial chain which include the introduction of new species, breeding of seedlings, demonstration of base, production and processing, cold-chain logistics and contruction of sales network.　　The total area of planting base of company is about 1.3 square kilometers and the total area of modern agricultural park is around 0.3 square kilometers, strictly implement the Import and Export Food Safety Management Methods enacted by State Administration for Quality Supervision and Inspection and Quarantine.
